I’m just back from my UK holiday and wanted to report in on the car hire service I arranged through you.

Everything went very smoothly with Enterprise, from the minute they picked me up from my residential address to when I handed the keys back at Heathrow. There did seem to be some confusion at pick up with the different drop off location, and they did ask if I had been advised of the one-way drop off fee. I confirmed that that was all included in the voucher fee. They were going to take that up internally and havn’t seemed to charge me any extra.

They did charge my credit card GBP200 as a guarantee and this was refunded about 1 week after the car was dropped back (minus about $30.00 in exchange fees).

But overall the experience with Enterprise was very positive and they were most helpful. So thank you to you and your team for all your help with this booking. I will be very keen to recommend Compass to my clients travelling to the UK in the future
